Somatic Integration & Healthy Sexuality Coaching

Step into an open, non-judgmental space where honest conversation, embodied practice, and genuine inquiry are welcomed — where you are seen in your wholeness.

This page offers more in-depth, practical information about working together one-on-one. Feel free to dig in — though I find the most important part is connecting on a call to meet one another.

Welcome.

Whether we are aware of it or not, our nervous system and sexuality impact nearly everything in our lives. While working on this level can support people in many ways, I’m most interested in working with those who have arrived at a very specific place in their journey.

Maybe you’ve done the work—in big and small ways. You’ve tended to your mental, emotional, and physical health, and that’s gotten you far. You’ve been especially committed to your spiritual well-being for some time, maybe your whole life. But at this point, you might know on some level that leaving your relationship with your own sexuality off the table just doesn’t add up.

Even if it’s not fully conscious, there may be an unmistakable sense that in order to walk more fully on your path, this part of yourself can no longer remain in the shadows. Whether it’s been avoidance, inherited neglect, something more complex, or you simply never chose to make it a priority—until now.

This work could be a fit if…

  • You want to work with the body as a source of intelligence, not just something to manage
  • You’re ready to explore sexual health as a vital part of your overall wellbeing
  • You value depth, honesty, and integration over quick fixes
  • You know that what healthy sexuality looks like is yours to define—not your partner, the media, the movies, your religion, or your government
  • You sense, or are curious, how sexuality can open you into something deeper, more meaningful, and sacred

This may be showing up as…

  • Recurring tension or pain in the hips, low back, or pelvis
  • Body shame, from a subtle dislike to something more pronounced
  • Persistent fatigue, or sleep that doesn’t fully restore you
  • Living close to burnout—or already in it
  • Depression or anxiety without a clear cause
  • Emotional or behavioral patterns that repeat no matter how much work you’ve done
  • Creative energy that feels blocked, inconsistent, or flat
  • A libido that has faded, gone missing, or never fully emerged
  • A sense of disconnection from your body, or difficulty feeling present within it
  • A feeling that something remains just out of reach—even after investing deeply in your wellbeing
People report a surge of energy, long-held pain relieved, and a clarity like a fog has been lifted.

Common threads in the work

  • Somatic integration and meditation — gently meeting and rewiring unconscious patterns held in the nervous system, not as problems to fix but as parts to be understood
  • Taoist and Yogic breathwork, embodiment practices, aromatherapy, and movement
  • Education, inquiry, and honest conversation around healthy sexuality
  • Simple, supportive practices that integrate into daily life
  • For women, if it serves: Jade Egg practices and vaginal de-armouring
  • Healing and integration of long-held trauma, including sexual trauma—whether lived or ancestral
  • Understanding and releasing shame held in the body
  • Integration of inner child and shadow aspects

“Trauma is not what happened in the past; it’s the ways our system learned to numb out or shut down from experiences.” — Cory Scott

How it works

Integrative coaching is offered one-on-one via Zoom. Sessions are conversational and embodied, shaped by what is present in your body and your life rather than a fixed curriculum. Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly over several weeks or months, allowing the work to unfold gradually and sustainably. Once you experience the work, a rhythm that feels supportive and aligned can naturally evolve.

FAQs

Is this therapy?
No. This work is not therapy, though it may feel therapeutic at times. It is a coaching relationship focused on integration and embodied awareness—the felt sense. I am not a licensed therapist. Coaching works best when a person is stable, or in conjunction with therapy.
Do I need prior experience with somatic or sexual work?
Not at all. This work meets you exactly where you are, and that includes starting at the beginning.
Is sexuality always a focus?
Sexuality is included and not bypassed as part of whole-person wellbeing, but the focus of each session is guided by what is alive and relevant for you. For some it’s the one reason they’re here. For others, it’s one component of the nervous system patterns we work to integrate.
Do you work with just women?
Not at all. I work with men, as well as people of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities. We all carry masculine, feminine, and androgynous energies within us—each with something to be understood, tended to, and integrated.

“Tantric philosophy is a sacred weaving of sexual essence into vital life-force and finally into spiritual light.” — Mantak Chia
